Design Story

The wraparound reads in clear tiers: arched lettering across the upper band, a crowned laurel medallion carrying the interlocking NY monogram at the visual midpoint, then a banner reading BRONX BOMBERS above a stadium engraving and EST. 1903. Crossed bats, baseballs and faceted stone accents fill the margins without crowding the centre. Palette is disciplined — navy base, warm antique gold detailing, cool pewter type — so tonal contrast does the hierarchy work instead of colour noise. Everything is symmetrical around a vertical axis, which is exactly why it sits well on a curved surface.

Use & Experience

On a tall tumbler silhouette the medallion lands at eye level and becomes the focal panel, while the upper lettering follows the taper and the lower engraving anchors the base. The dark ground reads as a neutral, so the gold accents carry the statement. A navy handle at the side keeps the composition uninterrupted from the front — the graphic stays the visual anchor from any angle you set it down.
