Design Story

The disc splits its weight cleanly. On the left, an observatory tower with lit gothic windows, a black cat on the balustrade, a telescope tilted toward a full moon, bats, a lantern, a skull and stacked books trailing ivy. On the right, concentric brass rings, gears, zodiac glyphs and a lunar phase band orbit a star-filled sphere, closed by a sun medallion and a crescent below. The palette stays restrained — deep indigo, cool cloud grey, aged gold — so the warm lamplight reads as the only true accent. Central to the lower arc, the scrolled plaque reads Witch's Clockwork Observatory, giving the round format a clear typographic anchor.

Display & Styling

As a round wood sign, the circular silhouette echoes the orrery rings, so nothing feels cropped. The raised-looking relief and dark edge treatment frame the scene, the visible hanging cord supports a wall-mounted or entry presentation, and the readable text holds from a distance as a statement wall piece.
